A day from done.
Expert inspection of workmanship and materials occur many times each day.
We don't just nail boards together. We build everything to last.
It doesn't take long for us to do it right. If you've heard horror stories about long building delays in the Ozarks, they weren't talking about us.
"Everyone I hire is qualified to do the jobs that I personally supervise. When I sub-contract part of a job -- such as electrical wiring or plumbing -- I know and trust the people I deal with. I never forget that I'm representing you and your dreams." -- Danny Lawrence
When we get to this stage, the rest happens faster than you'd expect. Take a look at the next photos to see how we do a ground-up construction. Then see one of our extensive remodelling projects from start to finish.
And that means putting the foundation in the right place.
Overlooking Table Rock Lake in a forest. Now it's up to us to make it happen.
The vision begins to take form.
We make sure every pipe goes where it's supposed to.
There's something about seeing that concrete dry that makes you know folks will live here soon.
As soon as you begin framing a new house, the magic of expert construction is visible to everyone.
"I love watching the walls come into place. No matter how many times you look at the plans, it doesn't seem quite as real until this phase of construction." -- Danny Lawrence
This is the stage where you can actually walk through your new home and understand how it's going to be.
Sometimes we build walls on the ground and raise them as whole units.
And then comes a time when it's about ready. Just a few days of clean-up and finishing touches remain. You'll be surprised how quickly we build your quality home in the Ozarks.
This was a comfortable home overlooking Table Rock Lake, but the owners visualized something more. And look how we made it happen.
This was a great place to hang out and enjoy nature. But we're going to make it much better still. Watch.
Time for our expert remodelling.
This ceiling was modern, but not very welcoming.
And, so, we made that ceiling warm and welcoming -- just like they wanted. Next, you'll see how the biggest part of this makeover happened.
When you have a view like this, you need to use construction techniques that take advantage of it. As you can see, we do that.
Sometimes high ceilings and decorative fans go together perfectly. It's all part of the Ozarks lifestyle.
We built this balcony space. Yes, that's a tree, with roots way down below. The owners didn't want to cut it down, and neither did we.
Looking away from the house, you can see Table Rock Lake. We should have moved the paint bucket before taking this picture, right?
You can look out everywhere. And that's why we live in the Ozarks, isn't it?
Ready for final clean-up.
